View work, add and edit Events, schedule work, and see your schedule on the fly

The Android and iOS apps are designed to help growers view and update their Calendar as they move through the grow during the day.

Want to see what's happening with a Harvest? Want to quickly assign work while in a Room? The phone apps are the easiest way to do so while on the move.

It's important to note, that you can't do everything from the phone app. Creating Harvests, Task Groups, and Templates, can only be done from the Web application.

The main features of the phone apps are that you can assign work to Users, and also create or edit Events and add them to a Harvest while on the fly.

Viewing your existing schedule

The phone app, when first opened, allows you to view everything that's been scheduled on your Calendar. You can click on each day, and also see specific Events that are scheduled.

Adding Events from Mobile

As you can see directly above, you can add a new Event on the day you are viewing. You can also add an Event with the plus sign at the top of the screen.

Adding a new Event in the Mobile app works the same way as adding one in the Web App:

Filtering The Mobile Calendar

You can filter information on the Calendar by only your Tasks, Only incomplete Tasks, and by Team. Remember, Teams can only be set up in the web app. Once created, they can then be assigned to each Event/Task.

Details, Notes, and History

In each Event, there are three tabs - Details, which shows all the pertinent information associated with the Event, Notes, where you can leave context for what's happening in the grow, and History, where you can view what's happened to the Event.
